We are seeking an experienced Custom Home Designer to join our team in creating luxury homes for discerning clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of building design principles, including planning, managing, drafting and coordinating all aspects of the design process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Design: Develop innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Design Development: Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, incorporating latest design trends and materials.
  • Design Advice: Provide expert guidance on design options and materials selection.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with consultants and manage design projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in residential custom design
  • Proficiency in ArchiCad
  • Strong understanding of BCA and QDC guidelines and codes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detailed and enthusiastic approach
