HR Compliance & Documentation
Ensure end-to-end compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements across all locations, including:
Shops and Establishments Act (state-wise)
EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus Act
Minimum Wages, Maternity Benefit, and Payment of Wages Acts
Coordinate applications, renewals, and amendments of Shop & Establishment registrations for all offices.
Maintain statutory registers and records as per local/state labor laws.
Liaise with consultants, legal advisors, and authorities during inspections, audits, or notices.
HR Operations
Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee records.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and time-tracking systems.
Support payroll team by providing accurate inputs on attendance, leaves, and statutory deductions.
Coordinate employee exit formalities including full and final settlement documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities
Assist in managing general office administration: housekeeping, facility management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
Monitor office assets, stationery, and inventory across locations.
Ensure smooth functioning of daily operations at headquarters and branch offices.
Policy Implementation
Support in implementing company HR and admin policies across branches.
Ensure timely communication of compliance-related updates and changes.
Requirements
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in HR & Admin roles with hands-on experience in labor law compliance and multi-state Shop & Establishment regulations.
Skills:
Knowledge of state-wise compliance requirements across India.
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Excel, HRMS/Payroll Software).
Ability to coordinate with external consultants and government bodies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing HR compliance for a company with multiple branch offices across India.
Familiarity with audit and labor inspection handling.
