**Your new company**

Located in the Southern Suburbs of Melbourne, our client has a major hand in commercial joinery with a focus on education, childcare, healthcare, and aged care facilities. Utilising the latest machinery and specialist software, they are dedicated to the delivery of high-quality joinery projects.

**Your new role**

Our client is seeking an experienced Microvellum drafter from a Shopfitting/Cabinet Making background to complete tasks such as:

- Read and interpret architectural plans
- Create drawings via Microvellum
- Ensure that drawings match the allocated budget and pricing
- Liaise with site to confirm specifications required and replicate requirements in the software
- Liaise with production teams to ensure that drawings have been completed accurately and to specifications

**What you'll need to succeed**

The below skills are required to ensure that you are able to maintain the expectations of the role:

- High level of confidence with Microvellum software, with experience creating drawings
- Experience as a drafter on Shopfitting/Cabinet Making projects
- A trade background in Shopfitting/Cabinet Making is strongly desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced role with a problem-solving mindset
