**Responsibilities**:
**Measuring and Templating**:

- Conduct accurate measurements for stone benchtop installations.
- Utilize templating tools and technology, including laser templater, for precise stone cutting and shaping.

**Project Management**:

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of templating and installation processes.

**Technical Inspections**:

- Ensure templating and installation meet quality standards through technical inspections.
- Address and resolve any technical issues during the project.

**Warranty Inspections**:

- Perform warranty inspections to address post-installation concerns.
- Collaborate with the warranty team to implement corrective measures as needed.

**Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing customer queries and concerns.

**Customer Service**:

- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing project progress updates.

**Work Schedule**:

- Work hours are from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Thursday and until 12 pm on Fridays.

**Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Proficient in measuring and templating for stone benchtops, understanding stone cutting and shaping processes.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and high-quality installations.
- **Sales Acumen**: Basic understanding of the sales process, supporting the sales team with technical insights.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues during templating and installation processes.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in stone templating is a plus.
- Previous experience in stone templating, project management, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

**Experience**:
