Stone Benchtop Templater Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring and templating stone benchtop installations, ensuring precise cuts and shapes while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately measure stone benchtop installations to ensure precision in cutting and shaping.
  • Utilize templating tools and technology to deliver high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to meet timely completion goals.
  • Conduct technical inspections to verify templating and installation adherence to quality standards.
  • Address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project.
  • Perform warranty inspections to address post-installation concerns.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in measuring and templating for stone benchtops is essential.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently are required.
  • Customer service skills to interact effectively with clients are necessary.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate measurements and high-quality installations.
  • A basic understanding of the sales process to support the sales team with technical insights is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in stone templating, project management, or a related field is highly valued.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in stone templating is beneficial.
