Hobart, Tasmania, Australia Gutter-Vac Central Tasmania Full time

Gutter-Vac Central Tasmania is hiring. We are looking for a casual person initially which may progress to fulltime with above award pay and conditions for the right person. You will be working as part of a two person team, however, you will be required to operate independently as required once you are fully qualified and up to speed.

You will need a full licence and a current national police check. A working at heights certificate, working with vulnerable people card and a white card are also required but can be obtained later.

This work is outdoors, physically demanding and in all kinds of weather so physical fitness and aptitude are important.

1. You have a positive safety focussed attitude.

2. You are pro-active, willing to listen, act & "have a go".

3. Have pride in the work you complete and show attention to detail.

4. Able to interact with customers at their home and provide excellent customer service. A respectful attitude is absolutely key.

5. Are 100% punctual and able to keep to a tight schedule.

5. Able to work early, late, weekends & public holidays when required. Due to weather interruptions, this is not a straight Monday to Friday type of role so you need to be able to be flexible.

6. Have previous roofing or working at heights experience.

Our work area is primarily based in the northern suburbs of Hobart & the eastern shore. We also cover the Port Arthur region, the east coast, the west coast and central highlands of Tasmania so this job can entail a lot of travel at times with some awesome scenery and views.
