TheEvent Logistics Supervisorposition is a hands-on role that supports the logistics team in our Event Centre.
You will provide engaging, high-quality guest service and coordinate team members to ensure smooth service flow and high performance standards.
The role requires operating a forklift, manual pallet jacks, and completing physical tasks such as unloading stock or equipment.
A few of your responsibilities :
Report faults, repairs, and maintenance needs promptly to minimize disruption
Supervise logistics team members and assist management with training and development
Maintain open communication through daily shift briefings and ensure smooth shift handovers
Promote positive relationships between Food & Beverage outlets and other departments
What we will be looking for :
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to develop productive workplace relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
RSA accreditation
Forklift license
About You :
You have experience leading a team, preferably in events or logistics.
Your leadership and communication skills foster positive interdepartmental relationships.
You are motivated by challenges, passionate about events, and committed to team development.
Your role is crucial in ensuring the success of our event logistics at The Star Brisbane.

About Us
The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is led by Destination Brisbane Consortium, a joint venture including The Star Entertainment Group.
