About the role
Reporting to the Program Director, this role supports a large-scale separation program and ERP implementation.
Working closely with finance, IT, and project teams, you will deliver BA activities, oversee testing, and drive process improvements across the finance function.

Duties / Key responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities across finance and ERP streams
Coordinate and execute testing phases for ERP implementation
Partner with finance leaders to identify and embed process improvements
Document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Skills and experience
Proven experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation projects
CA / CPA qualification and prior experience in a finance role
Strong business analysis skills across requirements gathering and process mapping
Experience with testing and change management in large programs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
