We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic Support Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients and participants with their daily needs, ensuring they live comfortably and safely in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Current driver's license and reliable transport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
