-Join our Global Fund Finance team as a Structurer. Our team specialises in lending and derivative transactions with top tier private equity funds and hedge funds. You will be involved in developing and negotiating highly structured transactions, analysing a range of different funds and asset classes.

- What role you will play?You will be mentored by our high performing team with an extensive track record of developing innovative and "market first" financing structures. Using your natural aptitude for developing and building relationships at all levels, you'll engage with a range of business stakeholders and clients. Your inquisitive mindset will help you to analyse both qualitative and quantitative information as you operate both independently and in a global team environment.
Initially this role will be based in Sydney, with the likelihood of being relocated to our New York office after 12-24 months.
- What you offer- Strong academic track-record within a relevant degree including science or engineering
- 3-5 years' experience within a complex commercial environment including debt capital markets, cross border financing, structured derivatives, credit risk management (specifically portfolio risk and/or special situations credit), tax, regulatory, legal and operations frameworks of prudentially regulated institutions
- Strong communication skills and an ability to develop and maintain close working relationships
- Strong numeracy and an analytical mind paired with advanced MS Excel skills and report writing skills
- Highly articulate and organized with strong attention to detail.
