Strategic Fund Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in providing transaction management support and commercial risk management for fund finance transactions across APAC.
The successful candidate will structure, negotiate, review, and execute legal documentation, including facility agreements and security documents. They will also draft term sheets and mandate/engagement documentation in collaboration with the fund finance transaction team lead.
Negotiating and managing loan documentation processes, working with external legal counsel, is another key responsibility of this role. Additionally, coordinating deal teams, driving timely resolution of negotiations, and presenting transactions to clients will be essential duties.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our global product network, leveraging information, structures, and strategies across North America, EMEA, and Japan.
Requirements- 3+ years' post-qualification experience with at least 2 years of loan transactions experience within structured finance.
- Fund Finance experience preferred.
- Australian or Singapore qualified mid-senior lawyer preferred (can consider other jurisdictions).
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, strong financial modelling skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
