**The Company**
Our client is a privately owned, market leading agribusiness manufacturing specialized products into a growing domestic market with a track record in their market sector, a strong industry reputation, reliable supply chain channels and industry leading manufacturing facilities. They have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join their team at their Victorian site.

**The Role**
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the oversight of the production activities of the manufacturing business. This position will provide leadership for various aspects of the facility to deliver results that meet quality, customer service, safety, production metrics and cost criteria. You will be comfortable working in an evolving environment, with CAPEX activity on site and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.

This involves managing the site's efficiency, product quality & development. You will enjoy being responsible and accountable for delivering on:

- Leadership and People Management
- High-quality products to agreed standards and quantities.
- Financial results in particular cost of production/labor cost.
- Business Operations
- Service Delivery
- Workplace Health and Safety
