About the OPPORTUNITY:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capability Analyst (Senior Java Developer) to join our growing technology team.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and enhancing robust, scalable software solutions that support key business operations and deliver exceptional user experiences.
You'll work on a variety of projects that directly impact our customers, partners, and internal teams—bringing innovation, reliability, and performance to every line of code.
Key responsibilities include:Lead the end-to-end development of Java-based applications, from design through deploymentArchitect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot and modern frameworksCollaborate with various teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality featuresConduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices across the teamTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environmentsContinuously improve application performance, security, and maintainabilityStay current with emerging technologies and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap
About You:Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or relevant industry experienceStrong proficiency in Java development and Spring/Spring Boot frameworksSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and design patternsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudFamiliarity with CI/CD tools, containerization, and orchestrationFamiliarity with automation platformsExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approachStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsDefence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
