Our client is a leading provider of mobility solutions dedicated to enhancing the independence and quality of life for individuals with mobility challenges. They are currently seeking 2 skilled and compassionate Wheelchair Mobility Technicians to join the team in Sydney.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and address the specific wheelchair needs of individuals with mobility challenges.
- Customise wheelchairs for optimal fit, comfort, and functionality based on assessments.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the longevity of equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement tailored mobility solutions.
- Conduct client consultations with clear and empathetic communication.
- Provide comprehensive training on proper wheelchair use, maintenance, and safety.
- Stay updated on advancements in wheelchair technology for informed recommendations.
- Maintain organised records of assessments, modifications, repairs, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers for product knowledge and technical support.
- Advocate for improved accessibility and mobility solutions in the Sydney community.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in wheelchair assessments, customisations, and repairs.
- Mechanical or Auto technicians
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of individuals with mobility challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and clients.
