Your new role: As a Registered Nurse in the acute inpatient Oncology/Haematology Unit, you will provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based clinical care, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.

• Deliver high-quality person-centred care through effective assessment, planning, and evaluation.

• Work both independently and as part of a team, with accountability for your own nursing practice.

• Provide leadership and delegate care to Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and students.

• Support quality improvement, education, and research initiatives within the unit.About you: You are a dedicated and compassionate nurse who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment and is committed to delivering excellence in oncology and haematology care.

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) qualification; experience in Oncology/Haematology nursing highly regarded.

• Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, patient-centred care, and ongoing professional development.
