**Your Opportunity**

As a **Marketing Assistant** at **Westfield Parramatta**, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the centre's Marketing Plan and helping to achieve Scentre Group's broader strategic goals. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team, retailers, and the local community to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives that enhance customer experiences.

**About the Role**

Your primary focus will be to assist in creating and executing engaging content and events that drive customer visitation and advocacy. You'll help maintain the centre's strong online presence and connect with customers across digital touchpoints, ensuring an engaging and dynamic experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content & Event Creation**: Support in developing and executing content and events that resonate with customers and encourage visitation and brand loyalty.
- **Digital Marketing**: Assist in managing the centre's digital touchpoints, including the website, social media platforms, eDMs and digital directories.
- **Centre Presentation**: Contribute to the daily upkeep and presentation of the centre, ensuring it's welcoming and aligned with the brand. Participate in emergency management training and response when needed.
- **Retailer & Community Engagement**: Help build strong relationships with retailers and community partners to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Partnership Support**: Assist in managing partnerships and marketing initiatives that improve customer engagement and drive business performance.
- **Reporting & Insights**: Support the collection of data, including monthly retailer reports and weekly traffic reports, and contribute insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
