About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Site Manager in our Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for leading a team of individuals in achieving operational excellence through effective leadership, process improvement and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe, efficient and productive manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
