Procurement Support Officer

Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Support position on behalf of our leading global IT consultancy client.

**Title**: Procurement Support

**Location**: Canberra, ACT

**Term**: 8 Month Contract (possible extensions)

**Key Deliverables**:

- Predominantly the roles will be writing procurement documentation - PO creation (AE643), Endorsement to Proceed documentation, possibly market research and writing Section 23 documentation for approval
- Skills wise, a mixture of people with commercial and contracting skills, knowledge of Defence procurement processes, as well as people with financial experience in supporting procurements. Proficiency in procurement processes, writing skills, contacting (as in the use of Standing offer Panels) required.
- Resources will essentially be in a pool and they are then allocated out to support specific projects, according to timing of need. At this stage we understand this is approximately 10 different areas.
- Would be "seconded" into the business areas, where ASD staff in each section will pass the requirements onto the seconded resources and work closely with them to run with the procurement.
