**The Opportunity**
Our client has recently acquired a new business. They haven't acquired the whole company, just part of its operations and therefore they will need to separate out people, processes, systems (technology), data etc and integrate this into their existing business.
**The Role**
We are recruiting specifically for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant who is required to assist with the high-profile payroll integration. The technology stack being integrating is Workday and Chris21. There are circa 2500 employees across the two business and some excellent experience in data conversion and transformation would be highly regarding.
**Skills Required**:
- Serve as the internal HRIS Workday expert.
- Configure, implement and administer Payroll (Chris21) systems including integrations as required.
- Organises regular Workday user group forums ensuring comprehensive business, functional user and BTS engagement.
- Experience in the functional design, configuration and administration of Workday HCM.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key internal/external stakeholders.
- Proven business analysis as well as extensive design, delivery and support experience in HCM technologies such as Workday.
- Leads, plans and facilitates organisational change and monitoring of Workday system adoption.
