About The Role
We are seeking a confident and compassionate Full-time Head Veterinary Nurse to lead our nursing team.
You will work closely with the Business Manager and Lead Veterinarian to support clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient and client care.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the nursing team with empathy and professionalismAssist in surgical and medical proceduresOversee patient care, infection control, and clinical protocolsCoordinate nurse rosters and training plansSupport and maintain a positive workplace cultureLiaise with clients to provide outstanding customer service and patient education
About You
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years' experience in small animal practiceStrong leadership and communication skillsA proactive and organised approach to team managementPassion for high standards in patient care and client serviceExperience in training or mentoring nurses is highly regarded
