**Job Title: Veterinary Practice Manager**

**Location**: Foothills Animal Hospital

**About Us**: Join our dynamic and busy veterinary clinic, open 7 days a week, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our beloved animal patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of our busy 7-day-a-week veterinary clinic.
- Manage and lead a team of veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and enhance service offerings.
- Introduce new ideas and best practices to improve clinic efficiency and patient care.
- Maintain financial health of the clinic through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage client relations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Implement and manage clinic marketing and community outreach initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in practice management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Passion for animals and commitment to providing excellent veterinary care.
