Your role:
A 12-month graduate program.
You'll engage in projects and develop the skills needed to excel in the public service sector.
Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate with teams working across Australia, on impactful issues.
Flexibility in work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
Training and development:
Complete a structured learning program through the completion of a comprehensive 10-month APS Graduate Development Learning Program.
Receive mentorship and career coaching.
Guidance and support from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator.
Salary and benefits:
A competitive salary package commencing on APS level 4 is $82,999 plus 15.4 % superannuation. Increases to $90,000 after the first 12 months plus 15.4% superannuation.
