Who you are

With a flair for analysis, you have incredible people skills and are able to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the business. You have a passion for numbers and analysis, building solutions and are technically skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) yet eager to learn. You are a good multitasker with effective time management and sharp attention to detail. With an interest in logistics processes, you enjoy working in both a tactical and operational level with a track record of getting things done. As our store trades 7 days a week, you will be available to work full time hours as well as every second weekend.

**Responsibilities**:
As Sales & Supply Support (SSS) Specialist, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Ensuring that the supplying process in our store is fully integrated with the communication and selling processes by making decisions with the customers in mind.
- Together with the SSS Manager, acting as the main point of contact in the store for all range administration and operational supply related questions for our department managers and other functions.
- Maximising goods flow efficiency as well as stock availability by monitoring that the operational forecast is in line with the system parameters in stock ordering and available sales space capacities.
- Work actively with the range change process led by the commercial team by providing information regarding sales space capacity, expected sales start, stock ordering timeline, incoming and remaining outgoing quantities.
- Produce necessary stock follow up with the commercial team regarding operational processes in the store, including, monitoring sales patterns, preventing overstock and supporting commercial team activities.
- Being confident and proactive with liaising and engaging business partners of the organisation.

Additional Information

This opportunity is permanent full time, 76 hours per/fortnight.
