Over 40 years **YMCA Jamboree Heights** has served the community, our much-loved gymnastics classes have inspired and entertained thousands of children and even adults Classes in our full-size gymnasium are open to children from crawlers right through to teenagers - everyone is welcome You can also look after your wellness all in the one place, with an extensive range of allied health suites onsite, including physiotherapy, massage, counselling, and acupuncture.

We are now seeking **Customer Services Officers on a casual basis** to join the team at our state-of-the-art Fitness centre in Jamboree Heights.

**About the work space**

YMCA Jamboree Heights is tucked away in the tranquil south west Brisbane suburbs just off the Western Freeway. Our centre is a community-focused fitness and recreation hub with gym, gymnastics and health programs for children, adults and seniors.

Our centre hosts a full service 24/7 gym equipped with a wide range of machines and expert staff and trainers. We offer supportive, encouraging and welcoming classes for all ages and skill levels, including our PrYme-Movers classes for those age 50+.

**As a successful Customer Service Officer**:
You'll be the sparkle in someone's day as you provide a genuine and warm customer service experience. The role is all about your captivating personality helping members feel welcome every time they walk through our doors. You'll be the face of The Y and offer an engaging and fun atmosphere while you answer general enquiries, facilitate membership subscriptions, bookings, enrolments and promote our programs and services.

The role involves:

- Providing high quality, efficient, friendly service at reception, over the phone and in all written correspondence;
- Ensure timely response to customers' needs or concerns
- Provide information about and facilitate memberships, enrolments and bookings
- Marketing and promotion of our programs and services to potential, new and existing members.
- Perform opening/closing duties including cash counting, till balancing, daily cash reconciliations and banking
