Systems Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring accuracy, integration and validity of data reported across project controls (cost, schedule, bid proposals, risk, performance baseline management / change control), and provide assurance of accuracy of actual cost performance data and schedule progress in relation to Finance and Project Management disciplines, respectively.
- Maintaining single source of truth through data management best practices.
- Develop Dashboards in Excel, PowerBI and assist Program/ project managers in project health analysis.
- Develop PowerPoint and Word reports that outlines Program and portfolio performance and issues.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Substantial experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Advance MS Excel skills, including but not limited to Pivots, charts, dashboards, and macros.
- Experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools like PowerBI or similar.
- Experience in programming with data analysis languages such as Dax.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with data visualisation and dashboarding tools like PowerBI or similar.
- Intermediate to Advance Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey the analysis in simple yet effective words.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience working in project team and reporting on project related data.
- System and API integration.
- Smartsheet development experience.
- ERP knowledge and experience (Preferably SAP).
