**Pacific Industrial Company (PIC) is a highly regarded family owned company, and a recognised leader in the Australian Steel Fabrication and Construction Industry, located in Naval Base.**

We currently have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Naval Base on a full-time basis.

**This role involves**:

- Estimation and monitoring of construction costs from project feasibility stage through to tender, construction period and further
- Preparation and submission of progress claims and ensuring their timely payment
- Subcontract management including receipt and processing of subcontract interim payment claims and final accounts
- Focus on delivering commercial requirement of the project
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of project costs

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Experience in a contract administration or similar role
- Sound knowledge of contract management
- Relevant tertiary qualifications ie. contracts/ commerce/ legal '
- Excellent attention to detail

**Offered**:

- $115,000+ superannuation
