Surveyor Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Quantity Surveyor (Civil). The successful candidate will be responsible for performing desktop assessments of client issued engineering designs and drawings.

• Performing Quantity Take-Offs: To assess variations to budget and ensure accurate cost estimates.
• Working with the Construction Team: To analyze and verify worked man hours on site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Updating Project Controls: To update relevant data in the QMR document, ensuring all stakeholders have access to up-to-date information.

We are looking for someone with:

• Civil Quantity Surveying Qualifications: In financial or commercial discipline, preferably with a strong understanding of the Australian legal and regulatory environment.
• Commercial Acumen: With great interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, able to manage multiple streams of work and competing priorities and deadlines.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a current driver's license and construction white card.
