We are looking for an efficient and organised individual to join our team as a Field Service Area Manager based in Wingfield SA In this newly created role you will be responsible for effectively managing a team of Field and Site-based Service Technicians. We are looking for a relationship focused individual, who will also be responsible for enhancing the relationships with our Key and National Account Customers.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Implement strategies to ensure effective customer relationship management.
- Provide mentoring and review Technician skillsets and develops individual training plans as required.
- Implement regular meeting schedules with Technicians to ensure they are supported for their development.
- Monitor and control Field Service Technician administration activities.
- Establish strong rapport and regular interaction with nominated Key and National Customers.

**Requirements for success**:

- Previous service management experience.
- A trade background Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
- General product knowledge of materials handling equipment is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
