**Practice Leader - Adults Using Family Violence (Fixed-Term)**

**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team on a fixed term basis as the Practice Leader - Adults Using Family Violence within the state's specialist family violence service. The Orange Door provides a first response to individuals seeking assistance for family violence and child wellbeing concerns.
While the primary focus of this role is working with people using violence, Orange Door practitioners work from an integrated practice approach that also supports victim survivors and children.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based practice
- Provide consultation on cases involving adults who use family violence
- Promote and maintain best practice standards
- Collaborate with the Hub Leadership Team to drive outcomes
**About You**:
You are passionate about supporting and developing high-quality practice within a multidisciplinary team. You have demonstrated experience working in a family violence setting and bring a strong understanding of the dynamics of family violence, risk assessment, and integrated practice.
