**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Design and coordinate events within the community to increase the profile of Officeworks
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships
- Work closely with other Community Engagement Leads, Area Managers and Store Operations to ensure the communication of campaigns/partnerships are addressed
- Generate creative ideas and work collaboratively and energetically within a growing organisation.
- Generate leads, identify issues, and implement positive change within the local community
- Stay up to date on relevant events, activities, trends that are occurring within the community space.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have played a role in developing and delivering community engagement activities within a Commercial or Not For Profit organisation. You will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and eager to engage and connect
- Experience in developing and delivering community engagement
- Drive for continuous improvement
- A positive attitude, and not afraid to break the boundaries with new, exciting creative ideas
- Experience in project management and relationship management
- Qualifications in Community development, Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline are desirable
