Car Parts Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
As a Car Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling automotive parts and accessories to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our auto parts store. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement and Sales**:

- Demonstrate product features and benefits, answer questions, and provide pricing information to customers.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our inventory of car parts and accessories, including their features, functions, and compatibility with different vehicle makes and models.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements in automotive technology.
- **Order Processing and Inventory Management**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and place orders with suppliers as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- **Customer Service and Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as parts managers, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement**:

- Track and report sales metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:

** Aussie or permanent resident visa holders**

** Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field preferred**

** Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role**

** Strong communication and leadership skills**

** Familiarity with sales processes and market analysis**

** Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities**

**Salary: Competitive + Commission**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Previous experience working with automotive parts and accessories.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Valid driver's license

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
