The Autism Spectrum Assessment Clinic Leader is a fixed term 0.6 eft maternity leave replacement position. This role provides coordination and leadership for this complex multidisciplinary assessment clinic. The role works collaboratively with the clinicians and other personnel within the paediatrics service to provide a coordinated approach to services and integration of the ASAC Clinic into the broader paediatric service.
**To be Successful in this Role you will have**
- An Allied Health qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology or Social Work
- At least 7 years of clinical experience including experience in a paediatric setting
- strong skills in engaging and working effectively with families
- a capacity to provide leadership and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve good clinical outcomes
- experience in continuous quality improvement and a capacity to lead evaluation and quality improvement activities
