To be successful in this role, you need to:

- Have prior experience as a supervisor in a food services environment.
- Be available to work every second weekend and afternoon shifts.
- Current Food Hygiene Certificate (Health & Community Services Food Handlers Certificate).
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation skills - ability to work independently and to plan, control, co-ordinate and manage day to day operations efficiently.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work in a busy and challenging team environment.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to actively contribute and develop.
- A well-developed customer service ethic and strong commitment to improving service delivery.
- Be committed to patient care.
- Demonstrate a positive proactive attitude.
- Have excellent computer skills to use payroll and menu ordering software.
