With a healthy pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced and talented Architectural Technician to join our team. You will contribute to successful project delivery by assisting the documentation and modelling process as well as the site team, facilitating the construction process and the project deliverables. We are a fast-paced and growing company, looking for passionate people that thrive on success and take pride in the quality of their work.
- Your Skills and Experience._

What you will do:

- Coordinating with clients and other consultants in the design and construction phase
- Supporting Project Managers and Architects in planning and liaising with builders and contractors
- Developing and communicating design intents and coordination of design options with the Project manager or directly with the client
- Preparing project documentation, including preliminary sketches, plans and drawings using BIM software, and integrating structural, and aesthetic elements in final designs
- Editing and revising plans and drawings as necessary
- Preparing architectural reports and progress updates.

What You Will Bring
- Tertiary education in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline
- 3+ Years of industry experience in Architectural Documentation
- Experience in meeting project deadlines and following project program from Schematic design to As-Built handover
- Experience with Architectural Design Delivery throughout design cycle
- Experience working in the BIM360 environment.
- Sound understanding of building systems, construction materials, methods, techniques - for both new and existing structures
- A team focus
- Curiosity about new design and documentation software technologies and a willingness to challenge current traditional systems will be an added advantage.

This role is paying between AUD 60,000 to AUD 80,000 excluding Superannuation
