The Opportunity:

We seek an experienced Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in successful project delivery, contributing to documentation, modeling, site coordination, and facilitating the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with clients and consultants during the design and construction phase
  • Supporting Project Managers and Architects in planning and liaison with builders and contractors
  • Developing and communicating design intents and coordinating design options with the Project Manager or client
  • Preparing project documentation, including preliminary sketches, plans, and drawings using BIM software
  • Editing and revising plans and drawings as necessary
  • Preparing architectural reports and progress updates

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of industry experience in Architectural Documentation
  • Experience meeting project deadlines and following project programs from Schematic design to As-Built handover
  • Experience with Architectural Design Delivery throughout the design cycle
  • Experience working in the BIM360 environment
  • Solid understanding of building systems, construction materials, methods, and techniques
  • Team focus and willingness to adapt to new technologies
