Our client is an established land developer, with a proven track record delivering award-winning communities throughout Victoria. They boast a strong balance sheet and a continued a sustained appetite to acquire further sites. **The Role**
Reporting to the Project Director, you will have an ADM reporting directly to you who will work solely across your projects. You will be managing the development of 4 master planned projects in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Collaborating with internal sales and marketing resources to ensure maximum output is achieved and a quality product is delivered to the market.
The DM will have full ownership of running the projects, you will work with in-house sales, marketing, finance and planning to deliver the project.
A great opportunity for a DM currently working for a developer or a civil consultancy with solid residential greenfield experience.
- Experience in land/greenfield/brownfield projects
- Someone who ideally has networks and relationships within the development industry and local government who can manage relationships with councils and consultants at a senior level.
- The role will work on major and complex projects, someone with strong communications and problem-solving skills with a mature mindset will progress well within the team.
