– Our Front of House plays a critical role in ensuring our customers experience an overall luxury brand experience during their visit.You will be supported by another Receptionist, while you meet and greet clients, manage a busy switchboard and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support other departments.Key ResponsibilitiesEfficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate and ensuring excellent customer service at all timesAssisting and supporting customers in the dealership, ensuring they are attended to and have an exceptional experience,Ensuring relevant areas are kept clean and tidy and presented to an impeccable standardWorking as part of a team to ensure coverage across the buildingEnsure adherence to company policy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.About YouImpeccable presentationExperience in a dynamic & fast-paced customer service environmentExcellent customer service and the ability to handle a variety of questionsStrong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and proceduresThe ability to respond and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracyAbility and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a teamAvailable to work Saturdays with one rostered day off during the weekWhat is on offer?
