Deliver Exceptional Service to Our Valued Customers
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a service advisor. As a service advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating service bookings, interacting with guests, and managing repairs in collaboration with the workshop and parts department.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications in a clear and concise manner.
- Obtain accurate parts and labor prices.
- Encourage clients towards service offerings that meet their individual motoring needs.
- Keep clients informed about the servicing of their vehicle.
About You:
- You should possess excellent customer service and presentation skills.
- You must have strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Competency with IT systems is essential; ERA experience is an advantage.
- You should be calm and efficient with high work standards and accuracy.
- You should have strong relationship-building ability and business growth potential.
- Experience with light commercials and fleet management is advantageous.
