As a Casual Lifestyle Carer, you'll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. You'll provide personalized care, fostering a warm and welcoming environment where residents can thrive.- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure residents are treated with empathy, dignity, and respect.
- Create and implement engaging activities and events tailored to individual needs.
- Effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members.
- Contribute to comprehensive care plans for each resident.
- Facilitate leisure, lifestyle, learning, and spiritual activities.
- Arrange outings and community interactions for residents.
- Participate in Anglicare events and initiatives.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or willingness to work towards it.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Experience in aged care and knowledge of accreditation guidelines preferred.
