To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a cafe all-rounder or food service position
  • Strong customer interaction skills, with the ability to provide personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
  • The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure product consistency and maintain high operational standards
  • Experience and interest in health and nutrition is essential
