Cloverdale Group are seeking someone with at least some experience with **Grounds Maintenance**. The applicant will have at least a working knowledge of equipment such as lawn mowers and whipper snippers, and a willingness to learn from the current team.

You may be expected, at times, to attend work sites by yourself, so you will need to be confidant enough to complete all tasks required. A company vehicle will be provided for use during business hours to and from sites.

Start and finish times can vary depending on the work required by our clients. This will typically be somewhere between the 6am and 6pm. There may be occasions where a later finish past 6pm will be required. All days will start from our warehouse in North Geelong.

The role will start out as casual - with the aim of providing 38 hours per week, and the option to progress to full time after the probation period.

**The Role**:The role will require someone who can drive standards, is comfortable with a range of equipment.
- Manage themselves on site and perform work to the highest standard.
- Know how to operate a ride on mower (not necessary but this will need to be taught).
- Must be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job.
- Operate garden maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs.
- Use our systems to upload photos and complete inspections.

**Qualifications**:

- Manual drivers licence (preferred).
- Valid Police Check (within 12 months).
- Be willing to get a Working with Children check.

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

- Property Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
