You'll work within your Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) and established guidelines, making confident decisions that matter.

Key Responsibilities
Be the broker's go-to : respond to requests with speed, clarity, and confidence within your DUA
Deliver standout service while meeting SLAs and workflow standards
Underwrite new business, referrals, and renewals with precision and care
Assess and calculate risk, keeping brokers at the heart of every decision
Drive portfolio growth and retention while staying aligned with policy and guidelines
Make confident decisions or prepare clear recommendations for risks outside your DUA
