Our products and services span fan experiences on the global stage to participant experiences in the local park and are utilised by the ICC, ECB, Cricket Australia, and other leading international cricket boards and major leagues all over the world.

We have two fixed-term part-time roles available in the position of Service Desk Operators (Cricket). The roles will handle the day-to-day tasks to manage our product configuration processes to support our video customers, along with shifts within our match day control room overseeing the successful support of our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle service desk requests for configuration of video streams including customer, match, distribution and graphic overlay configurations.
- Strictly adhere to internal quality assurance procedures, processes and policies to eliminate risk of errors.
- Work within the match day support team to proactively monitor our product services, and as become familiar with the advice and troubleshooting advice to onsite customers.

Your Profile
- You are seeking an opportunity to get into the Sport Technology industry, although previous experience working in a customer service or data-entry role will be highly desired.
- A keen interest in the sport of cricket will help get you jumping out of bed and excited to work with like-minded people each day.
- You have a strong attention to detail, and a capability to learn new processes quickly.
- Plus bonus points if you have experience working with video/streaming technology.

**Requirements**:

- Initial period of 3-4 months pending commencement date
- Access to a suitable home workspace with laptop/computer with reliable internet.
- Required to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, rostered on a weekly shift basis with availability to work a weekend shift a MUST.
