Job Title: Experienced Bartender

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our opening team at Carlotta, a 120-seat Mediterranean restaurant in Canberra.

This is a full-time position that requires experience as a bartender in a premium venue. You will be part of a team dedicated to excellence and deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.

  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

The ideal candidate will have a valid RSA certificate and be available to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
