Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled
Chief Financial Officer
to lead our financial strategy and ensure the success of our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support operational expansion and profitability.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability
Manage cash flow, financing, and investor relations to ensure sustainable funding
Implement cost-control measures and financial oversight across all units
Lead risk management for commodity price volatility and credit exposure
Optimize ERP systems and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards
Provide analytical support for strategic decisions, including investments and M&A opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years as CFO or VP of Finance
Must have background in agriculture, food processing, or commodity trading
Proven experience in fundraising, financial planning, and risk management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and operational finance
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
