Job Overview:

The finance director will be responsible for overseeing financial accounting, banking, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance - Leading all financial accounting functions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Audit & Risk Management - Overseeing external audit processes, managing financial risks, and leading risk management frameworks.
  • Treasury, FX & Cash Management - Managing daily banking, cash control processes, supplier trading terms, and foreign exchange risk.
  • Sustainability Accounting - Implementing new sustainability accounting standards to enhance transparency and accountability.
  • Leadership & Commercial Support - Leading and mentoring the finance team while driving strategic financial insights that support business growth.
  • Payroll Management - Ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in senior finance roles.
  • CA/CPA Qualified
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial accounting standards, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading finance teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen with a passion for driving performance and growth.
