**About the Role**:
The Application Services Specialist (HRIS) will be the primary contact for defined modules, performing system configurations, maintenance and system enhancements. Providing day to day support to users and issue resolution. Being involved with patches, system updates to ensure continuity of service to the business. Stakeholder relationship management will be a key focus area.

**About you**:

- Solution-focused with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills to support day to day queries and issue resolution with mínimal disruption to the business.
- You have demonstrated expertise in HRIS system (Workday/ SAP SuccessFactors / Salesforce, Ascender Pay / Asute, Kronos). configuration and support to resolve tenant configuration, business process, data and/or integration issues, as well as the ability to identify areas for improvement to optimise user experience.
- Working in a team environment that supports innovation, holds team members accountable and demonstrates empathy towards team members and stakeholders.
