Application Specialist
- ** Based in Macquarie Park, short walk from Metro Station**:

**To be considered for this position, you will have strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 environment and deep configuration/customisation knowledge to execute enhancements on the CRM platform.**
- Your days will include;_
- Facilitate system upgrades and implement improvements
- Develop & maintain documentation & knowledge bases with current & relevant information
- Maintain collaborative relationships with CHL Business Unit stakeholders & Information Services to ensure projects and business as usual operations deliver required outcomes.
- Participate in meetings with vendors, software user groups and forums
- Contribute to the continued improvement of systems and their utilisation in CHL
- The ideal applicant will have Strong research and problem diagnosis skills in addition to the following;_
- Strong capability, technical knowledge & demonstrated experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM; ServiceNow - Essential
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework - Essential
- Knowledge and understanding of agile software development methodologies & the complete SDLC
- Knowledge of the Aged Care, Health, or related sector - desirable
- Must be able to provide evidence or Covid19 Immunisations x3
