We are seeking a driven individual to fill our current Junior Administration Assistant role. A boutique Boat Insurance Agency, Anchorage Marine, has been in the industry for over 40 years, which means that the successful applicant will be hands on working across various areas of business operations and supporting the team, whilst learning about all areas of insurance along the way.

We are looking for someone with great communication skills, excellent grammar and if you have some office experience it will be viewed favourably. Understanding of MS Office Suite and general computer literacy required.

Responsibilities include:

- Daily processing and clerical tasks.
- Policy Management & Transactions.
- Managing internal Task Diary System.
- General duties as requested.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are required to be fully vaccinated as we deal with customers who may be immuno-compromised.

Work Location: One location
