**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

A fantastic opportunity presents for a self-driven, passionate and results focused professional experienced in the supply and sales of Industrial and Safety products. Joining our high performing sales team in Western Sydney, based out of **Greystanes**, the **Account Manager**, supported by internal expertise from** **Customer Care support, will deliver exceptional customer value and solutions across existing and new customers.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Seek and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and fact base analysis
- Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets through product basket optimisation
- Develop and manage an effective territory call plan for existing and identified customers
- Work collaboratively and strategically with the local Greystanes Branch
- Plan and develop strategies based on anticipated customer needs

To be successful, you will have:

- At least 2 years technical Account Management and/or Business Development experience - preferably with a focus on Government, Councils or similar business sectors
- Previous exposure to safety and apparel products would also be valued
- Exceptional relationship management skills along with strong local existing relationships
- Proven ability to not only meet but exceed customer expectations
- The ability to work autonomously whilst collaboratively across different teams
- Desire to be face to face with customers delivering technical solutions
- Comprehensive Microsoft office skills
- Understanding of solution sales through government contracts with be a benefit
